Clients must be over 18 years of age to book sessions. Coaching and Hypnotherapy do not substitute professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice. Hypnotherapy or Hypnosis constitutes a holistic complimentary therapy, to be used as standalone or in addition to other therapies and/or medical/clinical treatments.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions remains confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required prior to the session unless otherwise agreed. All sales are final, and refunds are not provided for completed sessions or services unless legally required. Please contact us for exceptional circumstances.

5. Session Rescheduling and Cancellations

At least 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Missed or late cancellations may incur a full session fee.

6. Disclaimer


We make no guarantees regarding specific results from Coaching or Hypnotherapy services. Clients acknowledge personal responsibility for outcomes, and we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from services provided.

7. Intellectual Property


All content, tools, and materials provided during sessions are our intellectual property. They are intended solely for personal use and cannot be redistributed or republished without written consent.

8. Amendments


We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated on our website, and continued use of services signifies acceptance of any modifications.
